Sam Zukin

Senior Advisor

Sam Zukin is a junior at Dartmouth College, an Ivy League College, where he double majors in Economics and Russian. At Dartmouth, Sam has developed a strong interdisciplinary foundation, combining economic analysis with global and historical perspectives. Before college, he graduated from nationally ranked The Nueva School in the Bay Area, an academically rigorous and highly selective environment that shaped his early intellectual interests and approach to problem-solving.

Over the past three years, Sam has mentored students through the college admissions process, helping them build compelling academic narratives, refine essays, and position themselves strategically for top universities. His academic and professional interests in economics, business strategy, and global affairs allow him to guide students, particularly those interested in business, finance, and the social sciences, with clarity and precision.

In addition to admissions mentoring, Sam brings significant experience across research, consulting, and international institutions. He currently works in the Economic Research and Statistics Division at the World Trade Organization, where he was nominated by the Chief Economist to contribute to economic forecasting. He has also worked in strategy and operations at April Health, in M&A advisory with Tuck Advisors, and as an analyst and engagement manager with Consult Your Community. At Dartmouth, he is a student research fellow in the humanities, completing an independent research project under faculty mentorship. His diverse background allows him to help students craft thoughtful, globally informed, and strategically positioned applications.
